Welcome to Returnity Property Tracking, a complete software application specifically designed for management of property assigned to, rented, or otherwise distributed to employees, other individuals, or customers.

Returnity Property Tracking provides  the capability to manage all property types  and to know the status of any item of property at any time.  Readily see the age, transaction, and repair history of any item and of the entire class of property of which the item is a member. Upon employee termination or transfer, recall records of all property items held by the individual.

Returnity Property Tracking software is Windows-based, menu driven, user friendly, and fully self- contained. No additional software or hardware is required in addition to the software provided.

Property Tracking is highly flexible. The administrator can set a number of preferences and construct lists and reports that exactly fit the organization's operating requirements.

The administrator has access to restricted menus that provide for the setting of preferences, the defining of property types (cameras, radios, et al), and other actions. Returnity Product Tracking is highly flexible; customize it to fit your operational environment.
 
Registration information for any item of property is readily seen. Use buttons on form to display the item's transaction and repair history (including total and average cost of repairs).

 
In addition to high value items that are generally serialized, the administrator may define one or more kits as asset types. Kits often contain lower value, unserialized items.
 
Transactions for property items are recorded as each transaction takes place. For repair transactions, supplemental forms appear for documenting the repair actions and for use as transmittal forms to the repair vendor.
 
If one or more property items are overdue for return, a notification button automatically appears on-screen. Click the button to see all overdue items. Click "Detail" buttons to see overdue transactions. Click "E-mail" buttons to send messages to individuals holding overdue items.

 
The age of any property item, as well as the average age of all items of a selected property type, like "radios" can be displayed.
 
For a selected property type, like "radios", see all items in a selected transaction category, like "Checked-Out".  For any given item, see the details of its "Check-Out" transaction.

Provides a listing showing current status of all property items of a selected property type, like "radios". Click a button to see detail of the latest transaction for any listed radio.
 
All "retired" property items can be listed.
 
List all property items currently held by any selected individual. This is essential information at the time of employee termination or transfer. Print report showing status with space for signature sign-off by employee and property administrator. Use form to update property records as items are returned.
 
List all property items assigned to each department.
 
"Check-Out" / "Check-In" cycles for any property type can be seen, along with average, min, and max cycle times. Report can be shown for period beginning at user-selected month in the past.


 
 
The repair history and costs to repair of any individual property item and, for the entire property class, like "radios", can be displayed.  The average, min, and max days to repair and cost to repair are shown as well.
 
Provides for optional use of digital photographs for added documentation of property items. Photographs can be useful to document damage, and for other purposes.
 
Administrator can elect to use pre-canned e-mails, for example, to notify an employee of an overdue property item, or an e-mail can be written to deal with a specific instance.
 
Adherence to pre-established transaction sequence built into Property Tracking assures that data will be logical and rational.
 
Includes a "Personnel Contact List" showing the phone number and e-mail of personnel and/or customers. This list is available only to an administrator.
 
Older records can be archived. Archived records do not muddle up data searches and reports intended to display current information.  The administrator can elect to recall archived records at any time.  
 
Property Tracking's many listings can be sorted in several sequences as determined by the user. Once sorted, user can click "Report" button to print a report with data sorted in the established sequence.
